Helpful Consulting LLC (“we”, “us”) is a solutions agency based in Yuma, Arizona. These terms cover our website and any service you buy from us. By purchasing, you agree to them.
Our services
We offer several services, including safety compliance management and marketing services for contractors. What is included, what it costs, and how long it takes are described on the page where you buy it. Those details form part of these terms.
Billing
Services are billed monthly in advance through Stripe unless we agree otherwise in writing. The price shown at checkout is what you pay. There is no setup fee unless stated.
Cancelling
There is no minimum term. You can cancel any time by emailing us. Cancellation stops future billing. We do not refund the current month, and your service runs through the end of the period you paid for.
What we need from you
To do our work we need timely access to the accounts, assets, and information we ask for. Delays on your side move the timeline.
Who owns what
You own your content, your logo, your domain, your business profiles, and your customer data. Work we produce for you is yours while your account is active, and we hand over the files on request if you leave. We keep ownership of our own templates, code, and processes.
What we do not promise
We cannot guarantee any specific ranking, traffic level, lead volume, or revenue. Google, Meta, and mobile carriers change their rules on their own schedule. We do the work described and report honestly on the results.
Text messages
If you give consent, we send text messages about your account and the services you bought. This includes service updates, requests for information, and notifications such as new leads from your website.
Consent is optional and is never a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies with your account activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
Mobile information and opt-in consent will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Acceptable use
You confirm your business is properly licensed and that everything you give us is accurate and yours to use. We may end service for illegal activity, fraud, or abuse of our team.
Liability
Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the three months before a claim. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will email you before it takes effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Disputes are handled in Arizona courts.
